How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the white-glove service requirements.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Chloe Jade Home, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and artisanal pieces sourced from fair-trade partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations soon.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
