At Chloe Jade Home, we want you to love every piece you select for your space. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
